2002 Intrepid My situation is as follows: Car is overheating, put coolant in, it still overheated:frown: . The coolant is not staying in the overflow bottle and there is no leak on the ground, so I'm not sure where this stuff is going:banghead: . It overheated on me while on my way to work, I drove it on in, 8 hours later it would not start, and I put some coolant in it. I have 3 things that I think might be wrong. Thermostat, fluid flow, or fans not working. I don't know, please help me

if your coolant keeps on disappearing and car overheats constantly...I would assume you have a blown head gasket... those 2.7s are known for it.

Good luck
