Horn will not honk. No power getting to the horn, fuses are good, switched the relays around in the glove box. Any other ideas would be appreciated.

Power 12 volt fused jumper to horns on C4 dark green wire from relay.

Power to both orange feeds C3 and C4?

Ground black A3 and see if relay will feed horns 12 volts

Check horn button for grounding the relay on black wire A3

Any chance I can get this in simpler terms?
C3,4, A3 is greek to me. I do have a Chilton book.
How can I access these wires? Are they exposed? Thanks for the help.

If your Blazer is similar to my 93 S10 Blazer, here's what my horn problem was. I had a "no horn" condition and after lengthy observation, found it was a broken plastic piece that is spring loaded to make contact under the horn cover on the steering wheel. Once I super glued it and reinstalled it was functional and good as new. It was an easy fix and I do wish yours is too.

Hope this helps.

To see the wires or what color they are you will have to look at the back side of the horn relay plug.
The relay may be marked on the relay pins.

Take a test old bulb type test light and check for 12 volts on 2 of the relay socket plug ins.

If 12 volts on 2 pins there jumper 12 volt fused jumper to the other socket pins one of the should honk the horns if the horns and the horn circuit is good.

The remaining pin should be the horn button circuit which grounds that wire when pressed.
If the horn is good then check the horn button for grounding the other pin when the horn button is held down.

A good way to check for ground is to reverse the test light.
Hook the test light to the positive side of battery or a hot wire and toucch the end of it to what ever you want to test for a ground and the test light should light up.

The relay has to be grounded by the horn button to trip the relay and put power to the horn.

If you need a wiring diagram e mail me with the pm mail.

Didn't get a chance to check the wiring diagram yet but.........tried the horn today and it honked, then it stopped working, again. Looking like something in the steering colum most likely?

A good test for the steering column button is to find the wire going to it at bottom of column and ground it and see if horn honks.
Parts places have a universal horn button that you tap into horn button wire can mount on or underside of dash and use for a tester or leave it on for a horn button.
Good Luck

Yea it looks like it's in the steering wheel. Found the wire and grounded it. The horn honks. Sometimes it works {honks by pressing the steering wheel} sometimes it doesn't. What is in there that can cause this problem? And how tricky or dangerous is it to remove the steering wheel with the air bag system. Thanks.

Switch in air bag or clock spring.
Air bag R&R and clock spring replacement is better to leave to the professional reapair shop.
They can take your life or save it in a split second.
Treat air bags just like a loaded shot gun with saftey off.
The all data sub or a factory repair manual has some repair info on them.
Remove air bag and see if you can ground out the horn wire inside there.
You may luck out and just have a bad clock spring.

If just horn a button problem in air bag you can mount a universal horn button on column or dash for a horn honker.
Or even put a switch on the floor board like a old type dimmer switch
If air bag switch is bad the hole air bag needs replaced for the horn button part of it.

Good luck

Is the horn ring busted? I had the same thing, and it turns out that a little piece of plastic was in the way of the two metal pieces actually connecting the circuit to make it honk.
