97 blazer electrical weirdnessMikietheGirl 09-12-2007, 10:01 PM Ok for some reason my gauge fuse keeps popping after I have driven thirty miles or so. I took it to the dealership and they couldn't find anything wrong. PLEASE HELP!!!! Maybe it has something to do with my gas gauge, which only works sometimes!! taillight 09-13-2007, 09:33 AM Electrical problems are hard to find. You have a short in the wiring to the guages. Get a wiring diagram (Haynes). Look up the wires from the fuse and then follow each one looking for any insulation missing on the wire. You could also have a guage that is shorting out. MikietheGirl 09-13-2007, 10:58 AM Thanks, my boyfriend is threatining to sell my car if we can't get it figured out!! I'll try that!! taillight 09-13-2007, 11:06 AM Or sell the boyfriend, tough choice.
