It sounds like you have two separate problems. Have you checked the coolant level? The noise, and no heat are classic symptoms of low coolant. The air distribution problem could be caused by the heat/defrost blend door not operating correctly. There may be insufficient vacuum, binding or disconnected linkage at the blend door.

Thank you both for the advice . My car did need coolant the warm air is coming I hope this did the trick or should I flash the system anyway ? I have one more question , the noise I have mentioned before sounds like it comes from the right wheel and is louder when I'm turning or even just pulling to the left . The brakes are fine , what else could it be ?

Could be a wheel bearing/hub assembly. Each hub assembly has two sets of bearings in it. While driving about 35MPH, turn the steering wheel to the left, that will "load" the outer right bearing and the inner left bearing. Turning right will load the oposite bearings. Listen closely to determine which side of the vehicle the noise is coming from. The bearings are serviced by replacing the hub assembly.
