I'm pretty sure my rear main speakers in my 99 Regal are blown. I need to pull them out and replace them. My question is, how do they come out? I looked from inside the trunk but it looks like there are screws holding them in from the rear dash. I tried to pull off the speaker protector/cover and it felt like it was going to snap so I stopped. Any Info. is appreciated!

Welcome to AF!!

Remove the back seat bottom and unbolt the back. Once the back is out then the rear deck should slide forward. This will allow you access to the speakers. It is a pain but it beats breaking the grills to get to the speakers.
