power loss and check light

I have a 1993 toyota pickup, 22RE engine, 5 speed, 250,000 miles. The o2 sensor rusted out had the pipe fixed and put in a new o2 sensor ran great for about 2 weeksthen the engine would not run except on 1 cylinder, had it at the toyota dealer for 4 days they said they could not figure out what was wrong. My brother told me to check the throttle body, it was heavly carboned, removed the throttle body, air chamber, intake manifold. cleaned them replaced them with new gaskets. Now I am having problems starting, have to start vehicle 5 or 6 times before it will run, hear a clicking sound from the ECM area when starting. Once it starts it idles and wants to die then levels off and runs smooth. After it warms up it runs good but it hesitates and looses some power on hills. Also the check light will not flash codes so Im not sure what the problem could be, it just flashes real fast when doing a manuel check. the check light will go out when the vehicle is started. Toyota said that the compression, injectors, timing chain and all the sending units were good. Had to change the large block to the ECM real sure I got all wires back in the correct place but I can not find a wiring diagram that shows the block for a 93 plane jane pickup.
Does anyone have an idea what is wrong.

Found a wiring digagram, had the cold start wire in wrong place in the ECM block, starts right up now.

Have a question about EGR Valves, if it is stuck open should the fault light come on, also will the EGR valve cause the vehicle to hesitate when throttle is opened quickly.

OK cLEANED THE THROTTLE BODY, EFI chamber, and intake manifold, replaced all with new gaskets. Found that I had the Cold start wire in the wrong place in the ECM wiring block. Truck starts but wants to die after about 30 sec. of running and hesitates when throttle is opened, also has power loss when going up hills. Found the EGR valve was bad changed it, made no differance, tested the ECM and all VSV valves and switches all good. I'm running out of ideas going to check the fuel pressure and the converter. What do any of you think my problem could be.

OK another update
Fuel pressure ok, removed converter no change, pulled spark plugs one at a time, found that no. 2 cylinder had no effect on engine, changed spark plug, checked plug wire, ok, checked rotor, ok, checked dist. cap ok. took compression test, good, checked valves and springs good. The only thing I can figure is that the injecter is not letting any fuel get to the cylinder. Injecter is clicking like the others and checked with multimeter, meet requirements. going to pull injector and see if it is pluged. If any one has any other idea I would sure like to hear it.
