95 Royal LS - Power Locks & Antenna

The power door lock on the passenger side of my 1995 only moves slightly to lock and usually not at all to unlock, but there is movement. If the lock actuator were fried I'd think it wouldn't do anything at all? Also, the antenna is stuck, about 8-10 inches up. What is the little square block that has 2 plugins going to it that is stuck to the antenna housing? Is it a relay? What models and years can the lock motors and antenna motors be used to fit a 1995?

More than likely either the lock linkage is binding or the actuator is bad. The " box" is the relay. Any salvage yard can supply that info from their interchange guides.
