buy original parts from honda dealers. most of the local parts may cause overheating and will result to engine overhauling, and it may cause incompatibility with the cooling hoses esp.the upper and lower hose connected to the assembly. and pls check the operation of your thermostat and thermoswitch to avoid overheating.

he never said it was overheating... and i usually never buy direct from Honda, most aftermarket parts are fine, just stay away from ebay.

As forthe OP's actual question.. the rattleing is most likely a heat sheild, jack up the car and check for loose heat shields.. they usually rust around where they bolt up which causes them to rest on the exhaust pipe, therefor rattleing at certain RPMs. and as for the radiator not fitting.. what brand is it? has your core support ever been bent? if worse come to worse, try bending the bottom tabs down a little and that should give you an inch or two. if you need more and dont want to buy a radiator that fits, cut the tabs and re weld them lower on the core support
