Bench seat removal 1994 E 150

I have a bench seat in back that converts into a bed, I want to get this out of here so I can use it for storage room. It has an electric switch that makes it lie flat and hit the switch and it turns it into a bench seat

I looked on google and all 16 pages of this forum and couldn't find a proper way to do it....

Someone please help!
