Welcome to AF, under the l/s of car near the tank, may have quick release clips or flare fittings look and see.

On an 87 its on the drivers side, near the rear wheel well under the rear door.
Its got flared tubes with fittings that screw into the filter itself. Be sure to relieve fuel line pressure first by engaging the Schrader valve on the fuel rail (looks like an overgrown tire air filler nipple) and spray down those fittings with lots of penetrant to break any rust free.
