I own a 2000 Chevy Van 3500 series with a 5.7
I need help diagnoising a problem...
Engine starts fine. When in park and trying to accelerate engine sputters and jerks and wont rev up or accelerate. Does the same thing when in drive. Sounds like it wants to die but usually does not. Have done a complete tune up, replaced fuel pressure relay, cap and rotor, spark plugs. No trouble codes. Check engine light does not come on.
If any one can help i would greatly appreciate it.

I think I just fixed the problem!! I replaced the mass air flow sensor (MAF Sensor) and it is reving up and accelerating great So far Im going to keep my fingers crossed. If the problem comes back ill make another posting.
