1992 Skylark 3.3l No Fuel through injectors

I have a 1992 3.3 L Skylark that will not run. What we've done so far:

New fuel pump and filter (plenty of pressure at the fuel rail)
Plenty of spark.
New ECU (ECM)
New fuel pump relay.

From what I can tell it seems that fuel is getting through at least one of the injectors (maybe). I took all the plugs out and one was covered in gas, the others were bone dry. I have an injector node tester and I am not getting any kind of pulse with the key on or cranking. I put a brand new ecu in and still no pulses. :banghead: I am really hitting a wall here and do not know what else to try. What else should we check that would tie into the injectors getting a pulse? We thought maybe the crank shaft sensor, but if that was bad would we be getting spark ? The car itself runs of ether fine. :banghead:
Thanks in advance.

Hey! I was searching for a solution to the exact same sit. on my 88 Buick LeSabre 3.8L engine. so far we've replaced or tested...

Ignition Control Module (ICM) - tested fine
ECM - new
crankshaft sensor - 2 new ones (the first time we doubted the adjusting/gapping we did on it) and nothing worked!what the @#$%^

From what I've researched so far someone's had a bad connector to the ICM and he hadn't crimped the new wire/connector securely to the the ICM and it was an intermittent problem with no start and it fixed his problem the second thing i found was possibly bad injector(s) shutting down all of them to prevent frying the ECM ? another possible was a leaking fuel pressure regulator flooding the spark plugs. We need the resistance values but can't get the local stealership's service dept. to give us the answer we need. We gotta go rent the Chilton's at the library next :)
IT still cranks but won't turn over, but will with gas in the carb- so we have spark, we have fuel, yet we aren't getting any pulses from injectors on the noid light, so we go back to the basics I guess- What could prevent the injectors from working? We couldn't find any big differences when checking each injector with an ohm meter, they all read about the same? This sucks cuz it's on the street and the popo's just put a tow sticker on it. we've got 2 days left to get it up the driveway off the street to save it. It's a good smooth running car when it ran 172,000K on it 2nd owner. we were gonna sell it for 800 bucks or so when we get it running! let me know if you find out anything. don't leave us hanging.

Get a scnaner on these cars, 2 different situations, really should have started a new thread, but, see if there are cranking rpms on the scanner, if none suspect the icm or wiring to the icm from the cps or to the pcm. Make sure no blown pcm or injector fuses also, I assume you have at least 12v to the injectors. Yes one shorted injector can shut down the driver in the pcm,.

The problem with this car was the computer was not getting power. There is a fusible link for the computer right beside the battery. We replaced it and it fired right up.
