'98 88 LS trans problem

On my '98 88, when i take off from a stop with moderate or higher throttle, the car shudders really hard until i let off the gas. Also there are times that it shifts really hard. Local dealership said its a common problem with the shift solenoids and valve body sticking, but couldnt guarantee that the parts would fix it. Car has 142k on it now and i've put 45k on it since i bought it and its done it since i got it. i'm afraid the trans might go out anytime. Anyone else had these problems and have a solution to it? any help would be appreciated.

The dealer is correct and a good trans shop will be able to do the work a lot cheaper than the dealer,it is in the pressure control solenoid system and its all internal and is common for that and other years,good luck.
