I need to take out the radio on my 1995 Roadmaster so I can add a FM modulator on the antenna line for a Trunk mounted CD changer. Can anyone tell me the proper procedure to do this? Will I have to add an antenena adapter or can I just plug in the modulator to the radio and then the cable antenena to the modulator? I have seen some instructions for removal for a 1994 roadmaster but I think the dash is different.
Tks.

I Have Removed My Radio Once, You Need To Be Carefull With The Panel That Goes Across The Radio Face, It Streches From End To End On The Dash, Be Carefull With The Small Part Of It That Goes Over The Steering Wheel But Under Your Gauges, This Is Thin And Some Of The Clips Hold Pretty Good If They Have Not Been Pulled Lose Before. My Cassette Plays On The Left But Not The Right, I Removed The Radio And Took It Apart, Taking The Casette Player Out Of The Radio, Hooked The Radio Back Up And Put A Tape In It While Apart, And It Worked Fine, Then Put It Back Together Tryed It Again And Fine, But When I Stuck It Back In The Dash, Stopped Working, Haven't A Clue, Some Kind Of Ground Or Connection Problem Somewhere. I Noticed That They Have The Option For A Cd Changer In The Face Of The Radio, But That Was In 95, Called Around And Most Of The Places Wanted To Sell Me A New Radio, But Did Not Want To Change The Look In The Dash, With A Cover Plate For The Large Hole That Is Needed For This Radio. I Think There Is Enough Room Behind The Radio For Your Adaptor, You May Have Already Checked On This, Let Me Know If This Works, And Is The Only Way To Add A Cd Changer To This Year Radio. Good Luck

I was looking for the same thing, and a good pictorial set of instructions was just posted on the ImpalaSS forums:
