Disconnecting Brakesyorxs 11-08-2002, 07:17 PM I just bought my first pair of slicks, my car has finally outgrown radials, and I was wondering how I should go about disconnecting my rear brakes, so I can burnout without worrying about the rear brakes. Also should I skip the burnout proccess until I have disconcted the brakes, or will I be fine? BTW this is an automatic transmittion on this car. Thanks TerminalVelocity 11-27-2002, 11:46 PM get a linelock racingbreed20 12-20-2002, 02:09 PM I usually use A ford or Honda when choosing the right line lock Hypsi87 08-26-2003, 02:19 AM dude your about to send your car down the track close to if not over 100 MPH and you wanna disconnect your brakes! Dosen't that sound just a little dangrous?! man get a linelock from your local speed shop also slicks are a soft sidewall if you have never driven with them before be careful they like to wiggle at high speeds. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
