Rattling noises in the rear

I have a 1997 Ford Exp. -I've been having these rattling noises coming from the rear of the vehicle-sounds like it wants to fall apart. It only makes the noises when I hit a bump/rough roads. I've looked under there but I haven't seen anything broke-loose. Also I seem to think it may be coming from only the driver side of the vehicle, not sure though. It's got me puzzled !!I would appreciate any kind of feedback-Thanks

check the heat shield on the driver side cat, the tops rust out and become loose and make a rattle noise

Check the rubber mounts of the reart sway bar. These wear down allowing a rattling noise but still appear to be solid.
