Racing Zondanevergiveup 11-08-2002, 09:28 AM Maybe in the 2004 the Zonda will race in the GT-FIA world championship Some teams(only privat for the moment) are just devolopping the project, infact since 2004 also the cars with CF chassis can race very intresting:bandit: Laurent 01-14-2003, 10:41 AM :) This is correct. For the moment, our pilots and engineers are at the Pagane Factory, to talk last details. The Pagani Prototype should be ready for the 12H of Sebring, to get an entry for 24H of Le Mans. From next year on, the Belgium based team GLPK (for wich i am working) would be responsible for building the race-version of the Zonda... In 2004 the Zonda should be on the FIA GT grid... Other teams involved are Hezemans/Carsport Holland... Laurent 01-14-2003, 06:19 PM to follow the development of our project, check our site on a regular base... http://www.anthonykumpen.com --> English Carsport Holland (http://www.hezemans.nl) --> Dutch nevergiveup 02-10-2003, 03:15 AM greeeeeeeeat!!! but, your team is developing the car by itself (as private team) or with the pagani factory's aid (as an official team)? thx Laurent 02-10-2003, 04:24 AM The development is done bij Toine Hezemans of Carsport Holland, Massimo Del Prete (ex-Audi Engineer) and Horacio Pagani, Pagani's Big Chief. It's not a 100% official team, but rather a private team, Carsport Zonda, wich consists of Carsport Holland, American Viper Racing & GLPK-Racing (Holland, USA & Belgium). Cheers! Sennake 02-11-2003, 11:40 AM This is correct, Carsport America is preparing a racing car and will compete the American Le Mans Series, starting with the Sebring 12 hours. The car that is used is a Pagani Zonda. This car will be presented to the press at a press conferention in Belgium on march 1st. Here you can see the building-up of the car : http://www.racefriends.com/nl/alms/Seizoen2003/images/03Mod_Pagrearg.jpg http://www.racefriends.com/nl/alms/Seizoen2003/images/03Mod_Pagmikeg.jpg http://www.racefriends.com/nl/alms/Seizoen2003/images/03Mod_Pagrear2g.jpg BTW : the guy sitting in the car on the 2nd pic is Mike hezemans, one of the 2 drivers for this year. nsx1164 02-12-2003, 04:48 PM from http://www.racefriends.com/nl/ - 6.0 L Mercedes V12 motor - 1100 kg weight - 6-speed sequential transmission - integrated single rear wing nevergiveup 02-13-2003, 04:23 AM hey...but it's so damn length!!! yesterday i visited the pagani factory, and I saw a zonda S 7.3, but the rear wasn't so long! http://digilander.libero.it/nevergiveup00/Varie/motorepaganiLOW.jpg vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
