I have a 2004 Nissan Terrano II 3L Diesel Turbo. I drained the battery by mistake and had to get a jump-start. Shortly after that the airbag light started to blink constantly. When I switch on all the normal check lights switch on but after 5-7 seconds the airbag light blinks constantly.

I have tried disconnecting the battery and all the tips like pressing the door sensor 7 times, switching on, counting to 7…. All the strange sounding tips that I could Google up.

Any ideas?

Some codes (specialy airbag codes) need to be cleared by the stealer or at very least with and OBDII code reader. You might be looking at a trip at the dealer. This is assuming there's nothing wrong with the airbag to start off with.

Once your battery went dead, and after your recharged it, the airbag system went into diagnostic mode automatically. It simply needs to be reset
Simple Fix!!!
All of the Nissans have the same reset procedure since about 2001.
Log onto the website www.airbagsolutions.com (http://www.airbagsolutions.com).
got to the demo page (TRY IT FREE)...here is the link http://www.airbagsolutions.com/demo.aspx

click on the 2006 nissan maxima demo
on the bottom of the screen click on the picture that says, (NISSAN AIRBG RESET PROCEDURE) & follow th instructions.
That should help you
Good luck
