1999 Deville Check Coolant Level Warning

The check coolant level on my 99 deville Northstar comes on frequently but the sytem is never low. Is there a coolant level sensor somewhere on this car? Also the temperature rises to about 222 at times, usally runs between 199-203. Could this be due to a clogged radiator, loose belt on water pump or worn water pump, bad thermostat?
The A/C just recently started acting funny too in that it doesn't get as cool and really warms up fast in stop and go driving, both the temperature of the engine and also the temperature from the A/C outlet. The pressure readings on the 134A says the system is fully charged. Both fans are running.

Yes, there is a coolant level sensor in the overflow tank. The coolant temps are normals, so no worries there. Have you changed the coolant recently? It's very important on the Northstar engines to have it changed every 2 years.
