Rad fans dont turn on please help, wifes daily commuter!!!

:banghead: They do work... i put a hot to them and they will run. But they dont run when the eng gets warm or hot or even when the vans turns on. I have replaced the temp sensor thats on the thermostat,( had to, pulled it out to have tested and the old one slid under the head) All the fuses have been checked and relays have be checked. Take Care, yep seen it , looks good, all my fuses and square black things are good. The manager at autozone came outside with a good one and switched them out, to see if the fans would start.. so they dont run all the time? I thought for sure they ran when i started it up.
