I got an 01 and just ordered some 22's and wanted to dress the rest of the vehicle up some. My question is... I do not like the chrome grille, front and rear bumpers. Can these be painted (to match the vehicle) and if they can, what is required in doing that...making the paint stick and not flake.

You cannot use paint on chrome surfaces as it will not stick. They do make aftermarket grilles that are already painted, you might want to check into that. Ditto for the bumpers.

IMO, cold air intakes are "snake oil", they do not deliver the cost of purchase. Plus, if incorrectly done, can lead to the demise of the engine in wet weather. Leave the intake system as-is.
