92 ciera driver side rear brake line

i dont want to replace the whole brake line, i have a leak about halfe way down the line. how can i replace the leaking section of the line.

Section the line using a made up brake line by length, you will have to double flare each end of the original line on the car.

I just did this. Get(rent) the tool from Autozone. Get extra length brake line to practice on. There's good info on the web about double flares.

you should replace the whole line.... besides that, put some penetrating oil on the bleeder screw asap, because by the time your done with the line you'll want to get the air out of the line... breaking off a bleeder screw would be bad for you. If you have problems still with the bleeder, use a tiny little butane torch and heat the base of the screw... not too hot, and put some more oil to it... heat it a little more, and you should be ok.. i dont know. depends how coroded it is
