Speed control for steering

I'm experiencing a very momentary over steering sensation when making a slight turn at 60+ miles per hour. Its as though I've started the turn slightly and the car lurches/accelerates its turn more than I had inputed through the steering wheel. I think that the Yukon has a computer function that "desensitizes" the steering (reduces the turning response) when travelling fast and "sensitizes it when at slower speeds?
