Please help if any one can give advice on how to proceed with repairing this problem. The driver side window moves freely by hand. I pulled the door panel and I can hear the window motor running but can see that the gear isn't moving. Seems to me that the motor will have to be replaced. Can anyone give any tips that would make this job as easy as possible. I would appreciate it.
