!994 Roadmaster

I replaced the opti she ran for about 10min stalled and wont restart. The engine started racing just before it quit, any ideas?

Have you checked for spark & fuel? Also, be sure to check vacuum hoses!

Well let me tell you, NEVER BUY AN ACCEL OPTI! Paid $179 from J.C. whitney and The optical pickup went bad in 10 minutes, gotta be a record! it just ****** me off, after all that work! Put old opti back on and runs crappy, but at least it runs. OEM opti has got a lot of play in the shaft and even though I haven't taken it apart, 101000 mi its time to replace. I guess Ill pay the extra $100 for a GM unit. will post pics of install.
