1991 keyless entry

I recently obtained a 1991 olds 88 from my parents. The car has factory keyless entry with two remotes that worked when they bought the car in 1998. Neither remote works now and I would like to reprogram the system. FCC ID on remote 1 AB00103T, FCC ID on remote 2 GQ43VT1.
Any help would be appreciated.

Did you try replacing the batteries inside the remotes?

Yes, the batteries have been replaced in both remotes and I tested them just to be sure.

Leave key off
Jumper pin A to pin G with a fused jumper (3A)
Doors will lock and unlock
Pres the UNLOCK button on the remote
Doors should lock and unlock again
if you have more remotes press their unlock button (up to 4)
remove jumper wire

the plug on my car only has terminals A, B, and M, so this will not work
