If anyone could tell me wheres the timing is suppost to be set at for a 94' chevy 350, 5.7 liter, with a HEI IGNITION it would be greatly appriciated i looked everywhere and can't find it. and NO ONE KNOWS this is my last hope.

4W -2W auto or standard transmission and what size truck?

There is a connector with a black wire with a tan stripe,disconnect that.It behind the plastic cover on the passenger side firewall.I believe the spec is 0 degrees.

its a 2500 3/4 ton 4WD standard 5 speed and i know about the wire to behint the dashboard. i just need to know wheres the timing suppost to be set at its either 8 or 10 degrees i think..

As Wafrederick said the specs for it is 0 TDC Base time.
