low oil pressure fuel cutoff switchBurnitt 06-02-2007, 03:09 PM Where is the low oil pressure fuel cutoff switch located in a 1995 Caprice Classic? PeteA216 06-03-2007, 12:00 PM I thought the ECM controlled that. I may be wrong though due to it being an OBD1. Try referring to a wiring doagram in a Hanes manual. Blue Bowtie 06-03-2007, 07:46 PM The auxiliary oil pressure switch is not intended to be a low pressure cutoff. It is wired in parallel with the FP relay contacts to provide a redundant path for power. If it were a low pressure cutoff, it would be wired in series. http://72.19.213.157/files/1996CorvetteFuelPump.jpg vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
