I was installing a bullog keyless entry. (Model RS102E)
It went on well and could start the car and open the doors.
Then I tried to drive away, studdenly the steer was locked.
And I can't use the key either. The key hole wouldn't turn.

What should I do?
Please help!!

First, go back and check all your work. Then if the problem still exists, I would call Bulldog and discuss the problem with them. Was there a toll free number included with the installation instructions? Do they have a website?

I think it may not be the problem with the remote.
I disconnected everything, but the steer and the key were
still locked up. Is it possible that a steet locking system is
there?

In the camry there is a lock that will stop the wheel from turning if there is no key in (i.e. if it was hotwired). The same concept of the famous "Club". I don't know which came first tho :-\

Anyway, it will allow about 1 cm of play in the wheel. It will be even harder when you're parked on pavement, but you should be able to turn the wheel a bit and feel each end. It will not unlock on either end, but will in the middle. You have to hold the wheel in the middle of that play, and turn the key, this should unlock it.

As for your remote starter: Assuming you had the key in and to On before you drove away. Check that you didn't leave any wires disconnected. If you still have the problem, you may need to have the steering lock replaced. I don't know why it would fail from putting in a remote starter; I think it's mechanically actuated. They can remove the cylinder when they replace this part, so you won't have 2 different keys.
