98 caddy

my caddy is hard to starting cold or if i go into the store for 15 min. the same. the other day i parked with the front end up on a hill, hard to start also. here's the killer part, i had a fuel pump installed. help. what next, no codes.:banghead:

Welcome to AF. Check for raw fuel in the hose to the pressure regulator, did you replace the inline filter also.

good to go, psi is ok. i had no tune up on it. 110000 miles wire are ok.
