Pics of my new H/B! Also, need custom license plate ideas!LX98Civic 10-23-2002, 08:31 AM I need to go apply for my tag today for the h/b I just bought. I am thinking about something custom because I've always wanted one. GSR motor coming shortly so I am thinking: 1) B18CYA 2) HYBRID 3) VTEC 4) DOHC 5) I WIN 6) U LOSE 7) CYA 9) BYEBYE Any other ideas? I believe the max is 7 letters and/or numbers. I tried calling but they are not open yet..... Are you allowed spaces? Picked her up yesterday for $2,400. The engine is not that great, but it runs. I just gave her a pretty nice tune-up: adjusted the valves, new spark plugs, cahnged oil and new coolant. Coolant flush is in right now until tommorrow. I don't want to put to much $$ into this engine since a GSR is going in shortly =) First thing I'm going to look into for her are two new mirrors. Nothing really fancy / cheesy, just nice looking  http://images.cardomain.com/installs/221000-221999/221862_26_full.jpg http://images.cardomain.com/installs/221000-221999/221862_25_full.jpg http://images.cardomain.com/installs/221000-221999/221862_27_full.jpg http://images.cardomain.com/installs/221000-221999/221862_29_full.jpg http://images.cardomain.com/installs/221000-221999/221862_28_full.jpg dome 10-23-2002, 10:13 AM Looks nice and clean. Good luck with the swap. I don't know about the vanity plate. I wouldn't get one, but that's me. What you do to your ride is your business. My only suggestion would be to not advertise that you have a b18 in there. That would take away any and all sleeper status, plus make your car a mark to theives. shepworldwide 10-23-2002, 10:27 AM Originally posted by dome Looks nice and clean. Good luck with the swap. It would look good on the white. It has the JDM look but is still a clean set up. stefan525 PS: if you want one and you can't find it anywhere let me know I work with real carbon fiber and I can make a few if anyone else is interested. asnrefugee 10-25-2002, 03:40 PM since you want suggestions: CIVIC CX V8HAHA WTF HONDUH thats all i can think of. I think I like the V8HAHA, but someone probably already has it. j.fuggi 10-25-2002, 04:46 PM a lot of states don't allow a number to be next to a letter. i know that in CT we cant get JDM•DA6 or ELI7E it would have to be JDMDA•6 and ELI7E couldnt even be made at all. so check your states dmv site. i know CT has a place to check the availability of a vanity plate Atariallstar 10-25-2002, 04:52 PM hey thats cool you bought that cx..im buyin one on monday or tues.... its a green cx 5spd all black interior.....pretty good condition..im just gettin some gsr wheels and a duckbill for it....but other than that..its gonna be stcok and slow i would give you my plates but thats no fair to me...since they will be mine....hehe.... how about hb4ever or cxlent ..just some thoughts... my accord has phat 4dr on it.... family favorite ;) ill let you know what my cx says after i get it. LX98Civic 10-26-2002, 08:57 AM I decided to get a normal plate so I won't scare the ricers :p ...that and I heard it draws a lot of attention especially if it's something about your engine. SmoovSol 10-27-2002, 08:36 AM how about 123-bye anyway that does not look clean it looks like shit, lol. if there is one thing i cannot stand its those damn aluminum rims but hey ur not goin for looks now are you. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
