Looking to make the Wipers go faster???thinmints 05-10-2007, 07:11 PM recently here in Kc we got hit by a heavy rain storm and my poor wipers could not go fast enough so i was wondering is there a way to get a wiper motor that works faster than what came on my 96xj? and that would work?:screwy: fredjacksonsan 05-10-2007, 07:36 PM Dude. If it's that bad that you can't see with the wipers on high, slow down. You could probably modify the system, but it would still be able to rain beyond the capability of the wipers, since there is some measure of time between sweeps. AlohaBra 05-10-2007, 10:18 PM Yep...I am with Fred's thinkin' .... But now I am imagining a tubo charged wiper system...maybe 4x or 5x....WOW.... vamc 05-10-2007, 11:30 PM Go all the way out, SUPERCHARGE IT!!!!! lol citizen@large 05-11-2007, 03:23 AM Anybody, RainX? = Who needs wipers? (when re/applied correctly) The faster the better. <-- Period fredjacksonsan 05-11-2007, 06:15 PM Anybody, RainX? = Who needs wipers? (when re/applied correctly) The faster the better. <-- Period I was going to come back with that, too. RainX will keep your windshield clear. AlohaBra 05-13-2007, 11:02 AM Rain X...works...but it does weaken the rubber on your wiper blades, if you have rubber ones. Rainy season is almost over here. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
