I am swapping a 1995 Oldsmobile Aurora dash into my 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme.

I pulled all of the parts from a 1995 donor car at the yard, and there is a module in there that I can't identify. I have looked in my 1997 Aurora service manual, and I cant find it in there ANYWHERE.

The part number on the box is 25609554

GMPARTSDIRECT says it is an oil level module, and in my 1997 book, it was located in the same place as the MAGNASTEER module, but the wiring colour does not match anything in my book.

this is the module

okay. thanks.

Any idea of how it is wired up? Is this something that I am going to need for the Aurora cluster to work properly, etc.

Dude, you are crazy...no way around out, but I applaud your efforts. I would love to see some pics when you are done.

Here are some pics of me test fitting it into my wrecked 1996 Grand Prix. Since the dash is already out of that car, it just made sense to do the swap in that car first, then once it is done, I will then swap it into my Cutlass Supreme.
