I have a problem with a steady supply of heat coming through the ducts with the a/c on. The a/c is working, suction side cold and liquid side hot, plenty of condensate pooling under the car. However the inlet and outlet heater hoses are hot. I assume that the heater control valve took a vacation. Can someone confim this? If my guess is correct where might I find the valve in question? I really don't need the heat as I live in Florida, however I sure could use the a/c.
Thanks in advance for the help.

No such heater control valve in these - heater core always has coolant running thru it (unless clogged) so your heat problem is either a bad vac line so system defaults to defrost or if a standard system the blend door must not be working. That door swings between the heater core and AC directing the air flow across the selected one. Now if you have the auto climate control as in an LT model you have an additional electric blend door that works on the temp selected that has a plastic gear that usually craps at some point.
