I'm looking at 2000 sl1 automatic w/104,000 miles, put it on a lift and everything looks dry and sound, the seller wants $3,900, got him down to $3,200. Looks like the only red flag for reliability is the head gasket. Any other things that I should be concerned about? Is $3,200 reasonable?

My 92 sl just gave up the ghost. Clutch is shot, seat is falling apart, no air bag protection and over 160k.
