Breaks Grabbing when stopping (WHOA)

I have a 94 that was litterally owned by an old lady. It now has 75000mi on it. I just rebuilt the wheel cylinders a month ago due to leaking. Now the brakes seem to be real touchy at slow speeds. You have to really feather the brake pedal at a stop or the brakes will grab, jerking the car to a stop. Is there an adjustment for this? I have already replaced the master cylinder a few months ago with a used one but this problem started after I rebuilt the wheel cylinders. Thanks for any help!

Which brakes grab, ft or rear?

Hard to tell. It's feels like they are even. Slowing down from faster speeds seems normal. It's just when you are coming to a final stop they are a little to good.

Make sure the rod from the brake pedal to the master has some free play, if it is too long the brakes can be overly sensitive, with the lack of info to work with here, that's about it.
