Whining Sound after Starting (cold weather) 2001 Dodge Caravanffp1967 04-17-2007, 04:08 PM Hi everyone, My 2001 Dodge Caravan omits a whining sound immediately after starting but only when the temperature is below freezing. This sounds lasts for about 2 seconds. When the engine is warm there is no whining sound. Could this be the drive belt? Any help or hint would be appreciated. Thanks!
