Anyone,
I’m pulling everything out of my JGC, I’m detailing it down to the interior shell tomorrow morning. I’ve started by taking out all my seats out today, and the electric passenger seat is frozen. I can only tilt rear up and down, all other functions don’t work. Like forward tilt, forward and backward button wont allow the seat to adjust either.
Anyone, now how to check this things? I would hate to put it back in frozen position, it may have to be a permanent thing. Feed anyone, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Anyone got any feed back on the electric seat?
My jeep keeps looking and smelling beter by the day. Just got done detailing it, took me to days to get it down the way I wanted it.

First check the power seat switch to make sure that's not the problem.
But given the year, it's more likely the actual seat track itself. The power seat tracks have multiple motors and gearing - so the motors probably went bad or the gears have stripped. Either way, new power seat tracks are only sold as an assembly and are not cheap.
May want to check a salvage yard.

Thanx
I will fallow your advise. Did you have the same problem at one time?
