Well you'll need to buy an H-series engine to B-series adapter plate to use your B18B tranny on the F-series block, this costs a little over $1,000 alone (cheapest I've seen is $1,300 shipped). Then you need to find a custom driver's side mount to make it bolt into your chassis. You'll have to notch the back of the block to use the correct intermediate shaft. And you'll have to figure out all the wiring, because the 2 are wired differently.
