03 Glove compartment handle

Hello all,
I need your help changing the handle of the glove compartment in my 03 venture, I, removed the 2 screws from the handle, but I wasn't able to push in the screwdriver to remove the 6 screws on the bottom of the door because I was afraid to open the door any more it shouldn't break.
can somebody please tell me what screws I need to remove in order to change that handle.
