The starter went out on this truck about 2 weeks ago and I replaced it. Ever since then, when you open the door the interior dash lights and the hazard lights flash until the door is closed and then they flash for about 2-3 minutes after the door is closed. I don't drive this truck hardly at all, but I was wondering if anybody knew what was causing this and if there is an easy quick fix, or whatever needs to be done to get it to stop. Thanks

There is a ground strap the runs from the frame to just under the heater core and then to the back of the passenger side head. Check to make sure these grounding straps are still in place.

Sounds like a bad ground to me and these straps are near the starter.
