My wife's 300M is posessed. :evillol: The headlights turn themselves on and off whenever they want to, even if the car is turned off, no one is in it, there are no keys in it, and it's sitting in the driveway by itself.

Also, sometimes the dome lights just come on and off while we're driving down the road. No rhyme or reason to that either.

We've got a new problem this week. The dashboard trouble indicator lights are on. ALL OF THEM are on. They have been on for two days, and there's nothing wrong with how the car operates.

I've tried disconnecting the battery for awhile to see it that works. The lights went off. We started the car, they all came back on again.

Any ideas? Anyone have similar problems?

Present your problem at 300mclub.org. I am not saying we can answer it, but collectively we can come up with some good leads to follow. You have a unique problem I am not familiar with, and that is why we have our club. It is the most definitive 300M group anywhere. Please check us out!

I found these tsb's does not sound like these apply but FYI.
I would also check the multifunction switch.
Or it could be a problem with the bcm, possible you need to scan for any dtc's

Many M's have had faulty connections with their headlight switches as well. This may be part of the problem, too. There are detailed repair procedures at another website.

I know this is a old thread but has anyone found a fix for this? My father-in-law's Concorde is doing the same thing?
