Location of the TCU on a 2002 neon

Where is the TCU located, I can not seem to find it, It tested bad an I'm tring to check the numbers on it to make sure I get the correct One. It is on a 2002.

Transmission Control unit , or transmission Computer.

Transmission Control unit , or transmission Computer.As far as I know, it's the same unit as the PCM. It controls the transmission also.
