Overhead message center quit.

The overhead message center in our 98 Venture quit working a few months back. I believe that it happened after I disconnected the battery to replace the starter. Once the battery was reconnected, the message center didn't work. I have checked the fuses that relate to it and they are ok. Any ideas on where to look next?

I would check that the correct voltages are at the connector.
I believe there are at least 2 inputs (12 volts) to that connector. I have a diagram of the connector at the link below. Look at the BOTTOM diagram for your year van.

Thanks for the info GregA. I printed out the DIC info you gave me a link to.
It sounds like the connector must be in the headliner at the information center? I'll let you know what I find.
have a good week,

Guess what. The Driver Information Display in our 98 Venture started working again. I have no idea why. I never did check the connector. Maybe it has something to do with the weather. :o)
