Where is the dipstick for the automatic trans or the auto trans fluid filler port on a 97 Rodeo? I looked in the Chilton's shp manual and in the owner's manual and cannot find any mention of either one.

There is no trans dipstick on the rodeo's, they are drained and filled on the bottom, there should be two bolts on the pan, one to drain and the one thats a lil higher is the overfill plug
