Hello Folks,

I had a small off the road adventure with the car the other day and had to be pulled out of the snow bank as I was really stuck:disappoin . It wouldn't have been to bad except when a friend came to pull me out he hooked on to the stabilizer bar:nono: . I couldn't get out of the car as the doors were pinned due to snow. He started to pull and snapo the right side of the bar went flying.:banghead: The little figure 8 spring fell out as there isn't a place for it anymore. Took the car to the shop and they want $600 to fix. (400 for parts and 200 for labour)

Does this sound reasonable? and is it worth it? I have 171000 kms on the car and it runs extremely well, especially after I changed the factory spark plugs last summer.

Thanks for any help

Parts listing does not show a sway link for all 3 models of 93 Regal :dunno:

I did find a toe link whick ran about $52.

Where did you get the part? From what I was told you have to take the rear end right out and put a new one in.
