I am pulling the head on an 02 Sentra with a 1.8L engine. The intake cam sprocket is a variable position controled by oil pressure. My manual says I have to put air pressure on a hole in the cam cap to back off the position and then put an allen wrench in a hole to lock it into place. I am not really clear on the proceedure. Can anyone tell me where the hole is that I need to put the allen wrench in? I don't see how the cam or sprocket can turn with air pressure applied. Is it something inside the big round unit on the end of the cam that moves?

Thanks.
