i have been having a problem with my rear end in my manual 92 ranger when u let off of the clutch and engage the gears u hear a clicking sound. it is a new clutch that was put in 3k ago. but i don't know if the clicking is happening because of that

If the clicking sound you hear appears when you operate the clutch pedal and nothing else, the problem would seem to be in the clutch assembly. Don't new what they did when they did a clutch job so I can't say for sure.

More than likely it's the throw-out bearing. Just gonna have to get under and inspect your clutch assembly. Or get a new clutch job from a reputable service center (which is hard to find)
