Hi there. I'm way over here in the Philippines and I have had a completely stock E150 XLT (Triton V8 4.6L) for around 6 months. I was wondering if you have any suggestions as to what kind of tweaks i can add?

I'm thinking of upgrading the wire harness, platinum spark plugs (if there are any for this model), k&n filter charger. I don't know what else.

I don't want to change the outside appearance, but I want more power to the engine. acceleration, top speed and all that.
