'95 Aurora "Blue" smoke out of exhaust..help

I know it's burning oil, but all of a sudden? Any advice anyone can offer on how to approach this problem methodically? Any chance this could be just a quick fix, like a couple of bad plugs? Or could some sensor cause this? I have lots of miles.....

could be valve seals..they call them valve stem seals..

if the smoke goes away after a minute of driving(get on it), its the valve seals. if it continues to smoke the entire time u drive it, then u have another problem ex. head, intake gaskets or rings.
